Call to Order Present: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg, Nycz and Minikel Absent: 1- Nickels 2. Bids for River Point Development - Phase 2, Project #WS-23-2 City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened on accepted online through Quest, and is as follows: Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $5,093,891.98 Moved by Reed, seconded by Nycz, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg, Nycz and Minikel 3. Bids for Remove & Replace Existing Sidewalks - Complaints, Project #WS-23-3 City Clerk reported having received four (4) e-bids. Same were opened on accepted online through Quest, and are as follows: Seiler Bros. Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $178,986.50 BMD Concrete Innovations, Bid Bond, $198,058.50 Highway Landscapers, Inc., Bid Bond, $282,690.00 LaLonde Contractors, Inc., Bid Bond, $300,927.50 Moved by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bids to the director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. Same were opened on accepted online through Quest, and are as follows: Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC, Bid Bond, $137,349.85 Lunda Construction, Bid Bond, $153,251.75 Norcon Corporation, Bid Bond, $157,195.25 Moved by Nycz, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bids to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg, Nycz and Minikel 5. Bids for Lincoln Park Zoo Door Replacements, Project #WB-23-15 City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened on accepted online through Quest, and is as follows: LaForce Inc., Bid Bond, $68,475.90 Moved by Nycz, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg, Nycz and Minikel 6. Change Oders City Clerk submitted the following two (2) change orders for approval: Vinton Construction Co., CO #13 for 2021 Riverpoint Development Phase I, WS-21-15, ($950.00) Vinton Construction Co., CO #14 for 2021 Riverpoint Development Phase I, WS-21-15, +$2,417.60 Moved by Nycz, seconded by Minikel, that these change orders be approved. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval and payment: MaMahon Associates, Inc, Bay Pointe Flood Study, Est. 11, $6,581.50 Ayres Associates, Inc, Lincoln Park Zoo - Mountain Lion Exhibit, Est. 6 & Fnl., $79.00 Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Nycz, that these pay estimates be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg, Nycz and Minikel 8. Contractor's Payroll Affidavits None 9.
