1. Call to Order
Alderperson Czekala called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Present: 6- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg, Nycz and Czekala
Absent: 2- Nickels and Brey
3. Agreement with Custom Manufacturing for Camp Vits bridge extension for a
contract price of $9,600
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that this agreement be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg, Nycz and Czekala
4. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following four (4) change orders for approval:
Brickline Inc., CO#1-Final, Epoxy Painting-Pavement Marking Program,
($656.37)
Vinton Construction Company, CO#1, 2023 Asphalt Paving I,
+$4,875.00
Vinton Construction Company, CO#2, 2023 Concrete Paving
Program, +$45,548.00
Vinton Construction Company, CO#2-Final, 2023 River Point Junk
Yard Clean Up, +$4,858.58
Moved by Alfred, seconded by Nycz, that these change orders be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

2. Agreement with Lakeland Landscaping for tree planting on Reed Ave. for a
contract price of $24,300
Clerk's note: Contract price is $19,899.00
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Reed, that this agreement be approved. The motion
carried by the following vote:

5. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to
