1. Call to Order
Alderperson Brey called the meeting to order.
Present: 6- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Reckelberg and Brey
Absent: 1- Nickels
2. Bids for Rahr West Mansion Exterior Painting, Project #WB-24-19
No bids received.
3. Agreement
24-1449 Agreement with Hartman's Town and Country Greenhouse for 2024-2026
Flower Planting in various areas downtown
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that this agreement be entered into.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Reckelberg and Brey
4. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following three (3) change orders for approval:
Green Bay Pipe & TV LLC, CO #1 for 2024 Televising Misc. Sewers -
1, WU-24-5, +$6,004.04
Green Bay Pipe & TV LLC, CO # 2 & Final for 2024 Televising Misc.
Sewers - 1, WU-24-5, ($492.54)
Commonwealth Construction, CO # 2 for Safety Building Window
Replacement, WB-23-28, ($1,833.00)
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that the change orders be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Reckelberg and Brey
5. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval

Green Bay Pipe & TV, 2024 Televising Miscellaneous Sewers I,
WU-24-5, Est. 2 & Final, $6,594.70
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to approve the payments.
The motion carried by the following vote:

6. Contractor's Payroll Affidavits
None
7. Adjournment
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that this meeting be
adjourned at 4:09 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote:

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this
notice that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and
location listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting
to gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision
making responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via
Zoom to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public
