1. Call to Order
Alder Reckelberg called the meeting to order.
Present: 6- Koski, Reed, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg
Absent: 2- Nickels and Alfred
2. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following two (2) change orders for approval:
Vinton Construction Co., CO #1 for 2024 Concrete Slab Replacement
Program, WS-24-14, $1,296.00
Vinton Construction Co., CO #2 & Final for 2024 Concrete Paving
Program, WS-24-13, ($4591.62)
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Norell, that these change orders be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Koski, Reed, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg
3. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:
Vinton Construction Co., South 19th Street Pumping Station
Rehabilitation, WU-24-10, Est. 1, $50,065.00
Strand Associates, South 19th Pumping Station, Est. 15, $1,025.00
Vinton Construction Co., Concrete Slab Replacement Program,
WS-24-14, Est. 1, $84,622.94
RA Smith, Newton Gravel Pit Main Extension Phases 2-3, Est. 11,
$37,461.42
Vinton Construction Co., 2024 Concrete Paving II, WS-24-13, Est. 2 &
Final, $15,843.87

A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to approve the payments.
The motion carried by the following vote:

None
5. Adjournment
A motion was made byBeeman, seconded by Nycz, that this meeting be

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers and via Zoom. Members
