1. Call to Order
Alder Beeman called the meeting to order.
Present: 6- Koski, Reed, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Beeman
Absent: 2- Nickels and Reckelberg
2. Agreement with R & R Customs LLC for tree removal for City property in the SW
Section (Wildwood, Tanglewood, and Chasm) for a contract price of $8,580.00
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Norell, that this agreement be entered
into. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Koski, Reed, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Beeman
3. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following two (2) change orders for approval:
Property Solutions Contracting LLC, CO #1 for 2024 Buffalo &
Chicago Streetscape Planting, WO-24-25, $1,368.00
Bodart Electric Service, Inc., CO #1 & Final for 2024 Traffic Signals
(DOT S.I.S.P. II Project), WS-24-12, $6,515.40
A motion was made by Eric Nycz, seconded by Mackenzie Reed, that these
change orders be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Koski, Reed, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Beeman
4. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:
Strand Associates, Design of Rubick Field Dry Detention, Est. 1,
$62,372.60
Treeo's, Tree & Stump Removal along Maritime Drive, AGMT-24-12, Est.
1 & Final, $13,761.00

A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Norell, to approve the payments. The
motion carried by the following vote:

None
6. Adjournment
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Norell, that this meeting be adjourned
at 4:04 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote:

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
agenda items set forth below.
