1. Call to Order
Present: 6- Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz and Beeman
Absent: 2- Norell and Reckelberg
2. Appeals from Property Owners for Snow Removal Assessments
25-0063 Property Owner Appeal for Snow Removal Assessment at 910 Mac Arthur St.
Property owner appeared via Zoom to explain their appeal. Board and
property owner discussed the assessment.
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to rescind the assessment and not allow
the property owner to appeal if it happens again. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 6- Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz and Beeman
25-0064 Property Owner Appeal for Snow Removal Assessment at 3713 Division St.
Property owner appeared via Zoom to explain their appeal. Board and
property owner discussed the assessment.
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to rescind the assessment and not allow
the property owner to appeal if it happens again. The motion carried by the
following vote:

3. Quotes for Compressed Air System, QE-25-2
This Quote is being moved forward to the February 12, 2025 Board of
Public Works meeting.

A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reed, to approve the payments. The
motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reed, that this meeting be adjourned

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers and via Zoom. Members
