1. Call to Order
Alderperson Reckelberg called the meeting to order.
Present: 6- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg
Absent: 2- Nickels and Nycz
2. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following two (2) change orders for approval:
Visu-Sewer, Inc, CO #1 & Final for 2025 Re-Lining Sewers, WU-25-7,
($43,051.40)
Lunda Construction, CO #9 for Marina Dock Replacement, WO-24-22,
$25,961.60
A motion was made by Beeman, seconded by Norell, that these change orders
be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg
3. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:
Foth Infrastructure & Environmental, LLC, Lift Station Evaluation,
Project #0024M275.00, Est. 3, $12,816.80
Strand Associates, South 19th Street Pumping Station, Project
#3516.033, Est. 22, $14,081.13
Complex Security Solutions Inc, Citizen Park Cameras (Main Pavilion
with North Garage), Est. 1 & Final, $24,729.75
Visu Sewer, 2025 Re-Lining Sewer Project, WU-25-7, Est. 3 & Final,
$9,087.52
A motion was made by Beeman, seconded by Norell, to approve the payments.
The motion carried by the following vote:

4. Contractor's Payroll Affidavits
None
5. Adjournment
A motion was made by Beeman, seconded by Reed, that this meeting be
adjourned at 4:03 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote:

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
