1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Beeman and Reckelberg
Absent: 1- Norell
2. Agreement with R & R Customs for Ash Tree Removal at 1401 N. 23rd St., for a
contract price of $6,525.00, AGMT-25-08
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that this agreement be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Beeman and Reckelberg
3. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following one (1) change order for approval:
Vinton Construction Company, CO #1 for 2025 Concrete Paving
Program, WS-25-1, $475.00
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, that the change order be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Beeman and Reckelberg
4. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this
notice that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and
location listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting
to gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision
making responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via
Zoom to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public
