Attachments: Fire-BI Plan.pdf Moved by Mayor Nickels, second by Alderperson Able, to approve the plan as presented contingent upon budget approval relative to staffing and authorize staff to move forward with steps outlined on page 11 of the plan which is the implementation short term and intermediate contingent upon anything that requires Council approval. Moved by Nickels, seconded by Able, per friendly amendment to approve the plan with staffing to be determined through the budget process and to authorize staff to move forward with Implementation (Short Term) as outlined on page 11 of the plan with all things coming to Council for final approval as required. Attachments: 15-902.pdf Moved by Able, second by Sladky, to incorporate into this Resolution, that any committees, boards or commissions formed by the Council or that advise the Council, receive at least 50% of their funding from the City or are comprised of a majority of Council appointees would be expected to comply with this resolution. Moved by Able, seconded by Sladky, per friendly amendment, to ask the City Attorney to draft a new resolution incorporating into the resolution that any committees, boards or commissions formed by the Council or that advise the Council, receive at least 50% of their funding from the City or are comprised of a majority of Council appointees would be expected to comply with this resolution along with incorporating the Granicus component and having their meetings at City Hall with said resolution to take effect May 1, 2016.
