Call to Order Chairman Scott McMeans called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM 2. Roll Call Present: 5- McMeans, Able, Brey, Sitkiewitz and Martell 3. Approval of Minutes 14-562 Minutes of March 3, 2014 Moved by Able, seconded by Sitkiewitz, to accept and placed on file. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Able, Martell, Brey and Sitkiewitz 4. Public Comment No public comment was provided at the meeting 5. Presentations 14-132 Mayor Justin Nickels - Update on the Fundraising Activities for the Preservation and Restoration of Historic Beer Murals The Mayor was unable to attend tonight's meeting therefore no report was provided. 14-548 City Financial Recovery Plan - Finance Department Finance Director/Treasurer S. Corbeille presented the plan to the Committee. Members had the opportunity to discuss and make comments. 6. Discussion and Action Items 14-285 Requests to Carryover 2013 Budgeted Funds to 2014 Budget No Action Taken 14-319 Request by Interim City Attorney McDaniel to issue credit card for Attorney 's Office Moved by Able, seconded by Brey, that this Action Item be accepted and placed on file. The motion carried by the following vote: City of Manitowoc Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes April 7, 2014 Aye: 5- McMeans, Able, Martell, Brey and Sitkiewitz 14-549 Report of Capital Allocation Working Group (CAWG) Activities Finance Director S. Corbeille reviewed the report with the Committee. City Infrastructure Director D. Koski provided an update on the Radio Tower at the Department of Public Works location on Viebahn Street. 14-558 2014 Budget Status Update Finance Director/Treasurer S. Corbeille provided a the Committee with a summary of the 2014 Budget through March. 7. Adjournment Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Martell. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Able, Martell, Brey and Sitkiewitz Chairman S. McMeans declared the meeting adjourned at 6:22 PM City of Manitowoc Page 2
