Meeting was called to order at 5:30pm

Blaser, DPI Director Dan Koski, Transit/Facilities Manager Jim Muenzenmeyer and
Marcus Nesemann.

Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Brandel, that the minutes be accepted. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Finance Director Steve Corbeille updated the committee on the status of the agreement
and informed the committee that a meeting is setup with the Friends Group to talk about
future planning. No formal action was taken on this item.

15-573 Recommend proposed settlement regarding CVS Pharmacy, Inc. vs. City
of Manitowoc, Case 14CV247, and CVS Pharmacy Claim for Excessive
Assessment.
Alderperson McMeans read the Notice to go into Closed Session. Moved by
Brandel, seconded by Sitkiewitz, that the committee convene in closed session.
The motion carried by the following vote:

Reconvene in Open Session, possible action on the following:

15-573 Recommend proposed settlement regarding CVS Pharmacy, Inc. vs. City
of Manitowoc, Case 14CV247, and CVS Pharmacy Claim for Excessive
Assessment.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Brandel, that this Claim be recommended for
approval with the proposed settlement. The motion carried by the following vote:

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this
notice that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and
location listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc may be present at this meeting to gather information about the
subject matter over which they have decision making responsibility.
The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on
the agenda items set forth below.

Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a
closed session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(g) of the
Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in
closed session for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the
governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy
to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to
become involved.
The specific subject matter that may be considered in closed session is:
