Discussion and Action Items City of Manitowoc Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes July 7, 2015 15-144 Operations Agreement with The Friends of the Manitowoc Family Aquatics Center for cost sharing operational costs of the Manitowoc Family Aquatics Center Attachments: Agreement with Friends Group.pdf Chairman McMeans informed the committee that the creation of an agreement in ongoing so there is no action needed on this item. 15-700 Term Sheet for Artist Loft Apartments Project, including borrowing $300,000 from the City of Manitowoc via the issuance of a State of Wisconsin Trust Fund Loan. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- McMeans, Brandel, Able and Brey 15-723 2016 Budget Process and Recommendations Attachments: 20150702193137643 Chairman McMeans updated the committee that it is again budget time and the document they have is the timeline of activities during the process. No action needed on this item. 15-621 Rescind 2014 Assessment of $14,900 and associated Tax of $219.21 due to palpable error on parcel #615-001-060 Moved by Brey, seconded by Able, that this Action Item be accepted. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Brandel, Able and Brey Abstain: 1- McMeans Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
