Approval of Minutes 15-956 Minutes August 11, 2015 Attachments: 08112015 MeetingMinutes Moved by Brandel, seconded by Able, that these Minutes be accepted. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Brandel, Sitkiewitz, Able and Brey 4. Public Comment No public comment at this meeting. 5. Discussion and Action Items 15-958 Resolution Authorizing and Designating Public Depositories Attachments: Resolution Designating Depositories 2012 S. Corbeille, Finance Director reported to the committee the changes and additions to the authorizing designees. Moved by Brey, seconded by Sitkiewitz, to approve and instruct the City Attorney to draft a Resolution. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Brandel, Sitkiewitz, Able and Brey City of Manitowoc Page 1 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes September 9, 2015 15-940 Manitowoc Public Utilities Investment Advisory and Management Services Agreement Attachments: Mayor and City Council for Investment Services Moved by Able, seconded by Brandel, that this Action Item be accepted for Consent Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Brandel, Sitkiewitz, Able and Brey 15-169 Assignment of the Maritime Hotel and Convention Center Associates Lease (Best Western Property) Parcels 000-179-011 and 000-917-568 Attachments: Term Sheet-CLT Hotels_cleanDRAFT 1-30-15.pdf 15-169 Recommendation.pdf Moved by Brey, seconded by Able, that this Agreement be placed on file for Consent Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Brandel, Sitkiewitz, Able and Brey 15-815 Resolution to borrow $184,713 for a 20 year period from the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands of Wisconsin (State Trust Fund Loan) to be used for financing affordable housing units as part of Mirro Plant #3 renovation. Attachments: 20150806213657870 Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Brey, that this Resolution be accepted to rescind for Consent Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Brandel, Sitkiewitz, Able and Brey 15-948 2016 Budget - Meeting dates Mayor Nickels will be releasing the budget on October 5, 2015. Chairman McMeans would like meetings to initiate and start discussions regarding the budget on October 12, 2015 and October 19, 2015. Meetings as needed will be scheduled in November. 7.
