Approval of Minutes Minutes were not available so no action was taken. Discussion and Action Items 15-959 City of Manitowoc K-9 Preservation Fund Attachments: AGENCY FUND AGREEMENT ADDENDUM TO K-9 PRESERVATION FUND AGREEMENT GROW-A-FUND ADDENDUM Moved by Brey, seconded by Brandel, that this Agreement be accepted. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- McMeans, Brandel, Able and Brey 15-1057 Contract proposal for Audit Services from Schenck, SC for 2016 - 2018 with option for 2019 & 2020 Attachments: Current Contract Schenck Schenck proposal for 2016 2017 2018 option 2019 2020 Moved by Able, seconded by Brandel, that this Action Item be accepted. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- McMeans, Brandel, Able and Brey 15-948 2016 Budget - Meeting dates - Requests for reinstatement - Budget amendments - Capital items and recommended borrowing level and sources of funds - Financial Plan and Pay-As-U-Go Approach - RFP for Assessor Services - TIF Admin Fees Moved by Able, seconded by Brey, to include for consideration a Budget Amendment presented by the Mayor.
