apportionment of 2015 County Levy

15-1251 Agreement with Accela Software for Legislative Management Software as
a possible replacement of Granicus Software.
Finance Director Steve Corbeille explained the situation the city is in with the contract
with Granicus and the opportunity with Accela to migrate to their platform.
The committee recommends pursuing the migration to Accela.
Alderman E. Sitkiewitz arrived at 5:35pm
Present: 5 - McMeans, Brandel, Sitkiewitz, Able and Brey
15-1250 City phone system and the possibility of partnering with Manitowoc Public
Utilities (MPU) on a VOIP System. Including payment options for funding
the city's purchase which is estimated at $125,000.
The Finance Committee recommends pursuing the transition of phone systems.
15-1252 Recommendation from Capital Allocation Working Group to fund up to
$6,891.00 for emergency repairs to heating system at the Public Safety
Building
