Discussion and Action Items 16-1027 Revision to Amendment for Chapter 15.270 B-3 General Business District to allow Outside Storage and Sales as a Conditional Use Permit, recommend to Accept for Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Able, Kummer and Czekala Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Able, to Remove the Dog Park Policy and refer the item to DPI and to retain the dollars in the budget. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Able, Kummer and Czekala Moved by Able, seconded by Czekala, to Remove the $250,000 from the Borrowing request for the Blighted Housing Restoration Program. The motion failed by the following vote: Aye: 1- Able Nay: 4- McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Kummer and Czekala Moved by McMeans, seconded by Kummer, to Remove the proposed request of $250,000 from the Room Tax Fund Balance for the Carferry Dock and Move it to the Capital Borrowing and list it as Carferry Dock/Mirro Contingency.
