These items will be approved by one motion unless any Committee Member wishes to remove an
item for discussion.
REMOVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:
Any Committee Member may request removal of any item from the Consent Agenda, and such
item shall be removed without debate or vote. Any item or part thereof removed from the Consent
Agenda shall be separately considered.

18-0225 Eternal Flame Fund - Designated Fund Agreement with Lakeshore
Community Foundation
-Plan for fundraising to make the Eternal Flame Fund truly "Eternal"

City Attorney will review the Agreement.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Lotz, that this Action Item be accepted and
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

18-0226 Update regarding the 2018 financing plan including the issuance of
approximately $7,005,000 Note Anticipation Notes to fund 2018 capital
projects and approximately $8,755,000 General Obligation Refunding
Bonds to refund the Note Anticipation Notes and certain other debt of the
City.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
