Consent Agenda These items will be approved by one motion unless any Committee Member wishes to remove an item for discussion. REMOVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: Any Committee Member may request removal of any item from the Consent Agenda, and such item shall be removed without debate or vote. Any item or part thereof removed from the Consent Agenda shall be separately considered. 16-0930 Lowe's Home Centers, LLC Summons and Complaint 2016 Assessment, 16 CV 367, with Order for Dismissal attached. Recommending acceptance and placing on file. Discussion and Action Items 18-0225 Eternal Flame Fund - Designated Fund Agreement with Lakeshore Community Foundation -Plan for fundraising to make the Eternal Flame Fund truly "Eternal" Attachments: Eternal Flame Agreement - Lakeshore Community Foundation City Attorney will review the Agreement. Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Lotz, that this Action Item be accepted and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Brey, McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Howe and Lotz 18-0226 Update regarding the 2018 financing plan including the issuance of approximately $7,005,000 Note Anticipation Notes to fund 2018 capital projects and approximately $8,755,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds to refund the Note Anticipation Notes and certain other debt of the City.
