Will they keep coming back for additional funds? McMeans/Sparacio to approve contingent upon raising the matching funds Also requested that they start setting aside some funds for marketing the events in future years Moved by McMeans, seconded by Sparacio, that this Report be approved. The motion carried. Ayes, 5. Nays, none 18-0171 SubFest Request Attachments: Subfest 2018 Request to City Room Tax Commission Rich Larsen present on behalf to present. Event can no longer request JEM grant funds since it received them 3 times in the past. How has the project changed with the reduced marketing budget? Rich not able to answer these questions.
