Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Williams, that this Resolution be adopted and
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

19-0226 Resolution Terminating TID District 15 and Authorizing Treasurer to

The marketing plan is to be due by June 1, 2019
Clarification that the market is allowed on Saturday (not extended to other
days especially during events)

Clarify that the location could also be on Quay Street
Include language to encourage more 'farming' (food) market vendors
