The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Brey, McMeans and Sitkiewitz Nay: 1- Williams 19-0231 Request to change the Municipal Code Section 11.010(4) related to operator's licenses. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Brey, McMeans, Sitkiewitz and Williams 19-0249 Agreement for Management Services 2019 Manitowoc Farmers Market Attachments: Final Revised Market Management Services Agreement 2019 Amendment#1 The marketing plan is to be due by June 1, 2019 Clarification that the market is allowed on Saturday (not extended to other days especially during events) Amendment#2 Clarify that the location could also be on Quay Street Include language to encourage more 'farming' (food) market vendors Moved by McMeans, seconded by Sitkiewitz, that this Agreement be accepted with amendments and referred to Council .
