Public Comment No public comment at this meeting. 5. Discussion and Action Items 19-0329 Revision of Facade Grant Program Guidelines, accepted to adopt the revisions. Moved by Williams, seconded by Sitkiewitz, that this Resolution be accepted. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Brey, Lotz, Sitkiewitz and Williams 19-0338 Write-off of Special Assessments due to lack of proceeds from County Tax Deed Land Sale, recommend to approve the write-off.
