Moved by Novak, seconded by Lotz, that this Ordinance be adopted and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Brey, McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Lotz and Novak City of Manitowoc Page 2 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes June 24, 2019 19-0722 Agreement to Fundraise and Build Phase Three of the Manitowoc Family Aquatic Center Attachments: Aquatic Center City Attorney Kathleen McDaniel and Director of Public Infrastrucutre Dan Koski provided an overview of the agreement. Director of Public Infrastructure indicated that based on the information he's seen, the addition would require additional maintenance hours, lifeguards, and an unknown cost. Committee would like to see the projected budget for this prior to making a decision on the agreement. City staff will work to have the infomraiton for the July Council meeting. 19-0726 Update on Services Agreement with Grow It Forward Attachments: 2019 Marketing Strategic Plan 2019 Farmers Market Agreement final Amber Daugs and Donna Firman presented the current marketing plan and tools to the Committee Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Novak, that this Report be accepted and placed on file for Consent Agenda. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Brey, McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Lotz and Novak 19-0727 Responsible Bidder Criteria Attachments: 19-0727 Responsible Bidder Criteria Joe Mrotek spoke on behalf of the Responsible Bidder Criteria, ande explained why this is being requested. Committee discussed whether the appropriate implementation method would be through City ordinace or policy. Committee will bring this item back to the August 6th Committee meeting.
