Moved by Brunner, seconded by Sitkiewitz, that this Request be accepted for the City Attorney to enter into negotiations. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Brey, Sitkiewitz, Brunner, Cummings and Reckelberg 21-0514 Resolution authorizing City Attorney and Community Development Director to sign land sales previously approved by Council and Industrial Development Corporation.
