Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during
the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the
governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for
the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by
the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
The specific subject matter that may be considered in closed session is:

motion for all of the flooding claims. 21-0835; 21-0836; 21-0837;
21-0959; 21-0960; 21-0961 Motion carried 5 - aye, 0 - nay.
Motion by E Sitkiewitz, seconded by T Reckelberg to deny all the
flood claims. This motion died as a new motion was made and no
vote was taken.
Moved by T Reckelberg, seconded by J Brunner to table all claims
and refer to the City Attorney's office to evaluate the claims as
discussed in closed session and bring back for discussion at the
next Finance Committee meeting. The motion passed 3 - aye, 2 - nay
(E Sitkiewitz and J Brey)
