Motion by E Sitkiewitz, seconded by T Reckelberg to deny all the flood claims. This motion died as a new motion was made and no vote was taken. Moved by T Reckelberg, seconded by J Brunner to table all claims and refer to the City Attorney's office to evaluate the claims as discussed in closed session and bring back for discussion at the next Finance Committee meeting.
