THIS WILL BE A JOINT MEETING BETWEEN THE FINANCE COMMITTEE AND THE
PARKS & RECREATION COMMITTEE.
1. Call to Order
Joint meeting was called to order by Chairman of the Park & Recreation
Committee - Alder Sladky at 6:05 pm.
2. Roll Call
Present: 8- Sladky, Schema, Howe, Martell, McMeans, Brey, Able and Sitkiewitz
Absent: 1- Soeldner
Staff: 2- Koski and Muenzenmeyer
3. Public Comment
None.
4. Discussion and Action Items
14-055 Communication from Friends of the Manitowoc Family Aquatic Center Board with
proposal to add an 18 hole miniature golf course to be part of the aquatic center.

Copy of Mini Golf Annual expenses
Moved by Schema, seconded by Howe, that this Communication be accepted and
placed on file. The Committee approved moving forward with the design of the
course. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Sladky, Schema, Howe and Martell
5. Adjournment
Moved by Brey, second by Schema and unanimously carried. The meeting was
adjorned at 6:20 pm.
