Also present Jim Brey, Chris Able, Eric Sitkiewitz, Tony Dick, Dan Koski, Chad Scheinoha, Jim Muenzenmeyer, Denise Larson, Karen Dorow, Charlie Matthews, Jim Van Lanen, Tony Fodden, various public. 3. Approval of Minutes Moved by Soeldner, seconded by Schema, that this be accepted and placed on file. Discussion and Action Items c) 14-469 Proposal from Michael Pearson summarizing Union Park Community Garden project. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Sladky, Schema, Soeldner, Howe and Martell ab) 14-831 Possible format and style change to Parks name signs C. Scheinoha gave a summary of the recommendation to change style and format of Parks name signs. A final sign recommendation will be brought back at a future meeting. aa) 14-828 Practice of not heating Parks buildings over winter Jim Muenzenmeyer presented issues with not heating buildings during the winter. Committee will make action going forward to heat the buildings. 5. Adjournment Moved by Schema, seconded by Soeldner, that the meeting be adjourned.
