1. CALL TO ORDER

Absent: 2- Able and Schema
3. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS
14-1607 Discussion regarding Candidates for Community Development Director.
Rochelle Blindauer reported to the Committee that she has made an offer and received
a counter-offer from the final candidate for the Community Development Director
position, and was looking for direction from the Committee.
CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION: Notice is hereby given that the above
governmental body will adjourn into a closed session during the meeting as
authorized by Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the
governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering
employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any
public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises
responsibility. The specific matter which will be considered is the following:
Discussion regarding Candidates for Community Development Director.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by McMeans, to convene in closed session. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Hennessey, Sitkiewitz and McMeans
RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION:
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by McMeans, to reconvene in open session. The
motion carried by the following vote:

Moved by McMeans and seconded by Sitkiewitz to recommend an offer be made
to Nicolas Sparacio for the Community Development Director position at Step 1
of Grade T of the Compensation Plan, with 18 days of PTO. Ayes: 3 - Hennessey,
McMeans and Sitkiewitz.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Committee discussed having a Committee of the Whole meeting before the October 6th
Common Counci meeting to introduce the Community Development Director candidate.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by McMeans to adjourn at 5:20 p.m. The motion
carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Hennessey, Sitkiewitz and McMeans.
