Call to Order 2. Roll Call Present: 4- Schilder, Wellner, Sauer and Hennessey Excused: 1- Bare 3. Public Comment No public input. 4. Approval of Minutes and Monthly Reports PFC March 2017 Minutes Attachments: PFC March 2017 Minutes A motion was made by Michael Wellner, seconded by Jill Hennessey, that these minutes were accepted and placed on file. The motion carried by the following : This Request was accepted and placed on file Aye: 4- Schilder, Wellner, Sauer and Hennessey Excused: 1- Bare 5 Discussion and Action Items City of Manitowoc Page 1 Police and Fire Commission Meeting Minutes April 18, 2017 Police Department Patrol Officer Eligibility List A motion was made by Jill Hennessey, seconded by Mike Wellner, that this request be accepted and placed on file. The motion carried by the following : This Request was approved Aye: 4- Schilder, Wellner, Sauer and Hennessey Excused: 1- Bare 6 Convene Into Closed Session Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session under 19.85(1)(f), Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, perliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where para. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. The specific subject matter that may be considered in closed session is. Schilder read the notice to go into closed session. Moved by Hennessey and seconded by Sauer to convene into closed session. The motion carried on a roll call vote: Aye: 4 - Hennessey, Schilder, Sauer and Wellner. Excused 1- Bare. Report given by Police Chief Reconvene Into Open Session: The motion to reconvene in open session was made by Wellner and seconded by Sauer. A roll call vote was taken on the motion: Ayes: 4 - Hennessey, Schilder, Sauer and Wellner. Excused 1 - Bare. Report given by Police Chief 7 Adjournment Moved by Hennessey, seconded by Wellner. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of Manitowoc may be present at this meeting to gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making responsibility.
