The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Wellner, Sauer, Zigmunt and Hennessey Excused: 1- Bare 5. Discussion and Action Items 19-1228 Police Department patrol officer eligibility list. The Police Department patrol officer eligibility list was approved for 1 year effective 11/12/19. Moved by Hennessey, seconded by Zigmunt, that this Request be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Wellner, Sauer, Zigmunt and Hennessey Excused: 1- Bare 6. Convene in Closed Session Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(f) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. Moved by Sauer, seconded by Hennessey, to convene in closed session. The motion carried on roll call vote by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Wellner, Sauer, Hennessey, and Zigmunt. Nay: none. 19-1229 Police Department employee performance update. This Communication was placed on file The Police and Fire Commission deliberated in closed session. ( redacted - - Closed Session.) Moved by Sauer, seconded by Hennessey, to reconvene in open session. Motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Wellner, Sauer, Hennessey, and Zigmunt. Nay: none. 7. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making responsibility. The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the agenda items set forth below. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Public Comment 4.
