Tuesday, May 12, 2020 4:00 PM Meeting will be held via Remote Conferencing
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
Present: 5- Wellner, Zigmunt, Hennessey, Bare and Sauer
3. Public Comment
The Police and Fire Commission declared the meeting open for public
input. In accordance with policy the public input portion of the meeting is
not made part of the official record.
4. Consent Agenda
These items will be approved by one motion unless any Committee Member wishes to remove an
item for discussion.
REMOVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: NONE
Approval of the Consent Agenda
Moved by Wellner, seconded by Sauer, to accept the Consent Agenda Items and
recommendations of the various committees The motion carried by the following
vote:

Moved by Hennessey, seconded by Zigmunt, that this Request be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Matthew Sauer, seconded by Michael Wellner, that this

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
This meeting is being conducted via remote conferencing software due to a state of
emergency and the Wisconsin Governor’s Executive Order. Members of the public
may call to listen in at +1 877 853 5257 US Toll-free, Meeting ID: 892 3626 0588
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.

or call 920-686-6559 with their comment no later than 3:00 p.m. Central the day of
the meeting.
The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
