Approval of Minutes 14-258 Approval of Minutes from December 16, 2013 meeting and the 10/28 minutes that were inadvertently skipped last meeting. Attachments: 14-258.pdf Moved by Soeldner, seconded by Schema, that these Minutes be accepted and placed on file. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Sitkiewitz, McMeans, Soeldner and Schema 4. Public Comment None 5. Discussion and Action Items 14-284 Communication from Municipal Judge Steve Olson concerning Municipal Court Staffing. Attachments: 14-284.pdf This communication was discussed, however, no action was taken at this time. 14-090 Communication from Jodi Teesch relative to concerns at uncontrolled intersection of 19th and Columbus Streets. Attachments: 14-256.pdf 14-256 Chief Dick will work w Interim City Attorney Kathleen McDaniel on drafting an ordinance This item was discussed, however, no action was taken at this time. 14-282 Communication from Mrs. Ann Landt regarding safety concerns on Wisconsin Ave and her request for traffic signs. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Sitkiewitz, McMeans, Soeldner and Schema 14-257 Request from Chief Dick for towing of vehicles with delinquent parking tickets. Chief Dick will work w Interim City Attorney Kathleen McDaniel. This request was discussed, however, no action was taken at this time. 14-255 Update from Interim Chief Kadow on Fire Department. Todd Blaser attended and announced PFC just named him as the new Fire Chief Brief discussion. No action taken. 14-283 Communication from Jim Muenzenmeyer requesting a discussion and possible implementation of a 3-1-1 non emergency system.
