Attachments: 14-625.doc Moved by Schema, seconded by Martell, to approve RFP's going out for billing and collections. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Sitkiewitz, Martell, Soeldner and Schema 14-644 Alderman Martell request for discussion on future operation and structure of the Manitowoc Fire Department.
