Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this
notice that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and
location listed above.
The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on
the agenda items set forth below.

Boot" on August 14, 15 & 16, 2014, recommending approval.
Moved by Sladky, seconded by Sitkiewitz, that this Request be approved. The

14-1388 Request by Police Chief to hire new Police Officer due to retirement.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that this Action Item be approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

14-1146 Discussion concerning expenditures for Police equipment.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that the New World Additional Services
be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that the bullet proof vests for the
squads be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

municipalities.

14-1390 Request from Dennis Riemer for speed limit change from 35 to 25 on
Broadway St., recommending denial of the request.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that this Request be denied. The
motion carried by the following vote:
