Motion by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Howe to approve previous minutes.

5. Discussion and Action Items
14-2383 Police Chief's request for discussion and possible action on the Deposit
Schedule for Manitowoc Municipal Code, Section 10.610, Parking Penalties.
Request to revert to previous structure
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, to approve request to revert to the
previous structure. The motion carried by the following vote:

14-2143 Communication from Jim Muenzenmeyer, Transit/Buildings & Grounds Division
Manager, requesting a "No Parking Here to Corner" sign be placed per attached
drawing at N. 10th and Chicago Streets per action at Transit Commission
meeting, recommending placing on file.
Motion amended to No Parking Here to Corner 6:30 to 3:30
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Howe, that the request be recommended for
approval to the Common Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Able, Sitkiewitz, Sladky and Howe
14-2165 Memorandum from Manitowoc County Planning & Zoning Department relative to
adopting and developing an All Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
Fire Chief Blaser will speak with City Attorney and bring to next meeting
This Memorandum was tabled
14-2169 Ordinance to amend Section 10.390 of the Municipal Code prohibiting parking
on a portion of Washington Street.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that this Ordinance be recommended
for approval to the Common Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Able, Sitkiewitz, Sladky and Howe
14-2175 Ordinance amending Section 10.170 of the Municipal Code establishing stop
signs on South 21st Street at Flambeau Street.
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that this Ordinance be recommended
for approval to the Common Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Able, Sitkiewitz, Sladky and Howe
14-2211 LifeQuest Rate Recommendations
Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that the recommendation of rates be
recommended for approval to the Common Council. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 4- Able, Sitkiewitz, Sladky and Howe
14-2248 Communication from Jacob Schnell relative to ambulance bill for service on
June 27, 2014.
Request to waive ambulance bill.
Moved by Sladky, seconded by Howe, that the request to waive the ambulance
bill be recommended for approval to the Common Council. The motion carried
by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Able, Sladky and Howe

14-2328 Memorandum from Engineering Division Manager Greg Minikel relative to
proposed changes to parking restrictions on South 15th Street from Wollmer to
Washington Street.
Motion by Sladky. Seconded by Sitkiewitz that the proposed parking restriction
changes be recommended for approval to the Common Council
Aye: 4- Able, Sitkiewitz, Sladky and Howe
14-2329 Memorandum from Engineering Division Manager Greg Minikel relative to
proposed parking restrictions on South 16th and Washington Street to assist
the turning movements for oversized loads.
Motion by Howe. Seconde by Sitkiewitz that the proposed parking restriction
changes be recommended for approval to the Common Council
