Discussion and Action Items 8 15-86 Communication from Valerie Powers-Klein requesting the return of the 2 hour parking in front of Shooter Malone's at 901 Buffalo Street. Moved by Soeldner, seconded by Able, that this Communication be . The motion failed by the following vote: Aye: 2- Able and Sladky Nay: 2- Sitkiewitz and Soeldner 9 15-865 Communication from Paul B Hansen regarding Semi Truck traffic on Huron Street/Michigan Avenue, recommending place on file. Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that this Communication be placed on file. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Able, Sitkiewitz, Sladky and Soeldner 10 15-1013 Resolution authorizing Mayor and Clerk to enter into Ambulance Service Agreements for events within the City limits if the event will be budget neutral due to being staffed by on-duty personnel. Moved by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky, that this Resolution be approved and referred to council.
