Roll Call Present: 4- Able, Sladky, Czekala and Kummer 3. Public Comment No public input 4. Discussion and Action Items Unfunded budget requests for Manitowoc Police Department for safety related items. Attachments: 16-0961.pdf Moved by Sladky, seconded by Czekala, that this Action Item be approved to move the revenue to purchase equipment items. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Able, Sladky, Czekala and Kummer 5. Convene Into Closed Session Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session under 19.85(1)(e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The specific subject matter that may be considered in closed session is. Moved by Kummer, second by Sladky, to convene in closed session. The motion carried on roll call vote: Aye: 4 - Able, Czekala, Kummer and Sladky. Excused: 1 - Soeldner. EMS Billing Newton Township Discussion. Public Safety deliberated in closed session. (redacted--Closed Session). Moved by Sladky, second by Kummer, to recovene in Open Session. Upon roll call, motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 4 - Able, Czekala, Kummer and Sladky. Moved by Czekala, seconded by Kummer, to correct inadvertenatly overcharged and refund the recipent or insurer through Life Quest that this Request be approved. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of Manitowoc may be present at this meeting to gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making responsibility.
