New Business 18-0158 Summer Crossing Guard Support at Jackson Elementary School. Attachments: Crossing Guard Request Jackson Elementary Summer School Crossing Guard Principal of Jackson Elementary School, Duane Simmons along with Parents, Ashley Eick and Kristine Jacobson reported their safety concern for the children attending Jackson Elementary School during the summer. Due to the increase in the number of students attending summer school at Jackson Elementary School, they feel it is necessary to have crossing guards present before and after school hours. Deputy Chief Rob Barbier stated due to this request not being budgeted for, the cost to supply the crossing guards is the main concern. At this time more information has been requested and this item will remain on the agenda. 18-0164 Manitowoc Sex Offender Residency Board Appeal for Wendy Nelsen. Moved by Novak, seconded by Lotz, that this Request be denied and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Howe, Soeldner, Czekala, Novak and Lotz 6.
