Attachments: Ord to amend 10.830 Bicycle License Registration Fees Assistant City Attorney Liz Majerus explained the changes are to streamline the Ordinance to a more current practice and to allow for the Police Department to host free bicycle registration days. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. Moved by Czekala, seconded by McMeans to convene in closed session. The motion carried on roll call vote by the following vote: Aye: 5 - Howe, Czekala, McMeans, Brey, Lotz. Nay: none. 6. Moved by Brey Second by Czekala to reconvene in open session. Motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5 - Howe, Czekala, McMeans, Brey, Lotz. Nay: none. 7. Reconvene in Open Session 19-0155 Lifequest billing hardship request 182A-18-4859. A motion for a fifty percent reduction of the bill was made by Alderperson McMeans, but it failed due to lack of second. A motion was made by Alderperson Brey to reduce the bill by $310.00. Moved by Brey, seconded by Czekala, that this Request be approved and referred to council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Howe, McMeans, Czekala, Lotz and Brey 8.
