The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Czekala, Novak, Vanderkin, McMeans and Bailey 20-1022 Request to approve the anonymous $10,000 donation received by the Police Department. Moved by Novak, seconded by Czekala, that this Request be accepted and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Czekala, Novak, Vanderkin, McMeans and Bailey 20-1023 Resolution establishing a handicapped parking stall on S.13th Street at Washington Street. Attachments: Res for Handicapped Parking.pdf Moved by Novak, seconded by Czekala, that this Resolution be approved and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Czekala, Novak, Vanderkin, McMeans and Bailey 20-1024 Ordinance to amend section 10.170 of the Manitowoc Municipal Code to install traffic signals at Harbor Town Lane and Crawford Boulevard. This meeting will be held in Council Chambers and is also being conducted via Zoom remote conferencing. Those wishing to make public comment should email anoworatzky@manitowoc.org or call 686-6559 with their comment no later than 3:00 p.m. Central the day of the meeting. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making responsibility. Convene in Closed Session Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(f) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par.
