Per engineering staff this would extend the no parking about 175 feet. Moved by Czekala, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Request be approved and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Czekala, Novak, Vanderkin, McMeans and Bailey 21-0320 Crime Prevention Committee amended bylaws. Moved by Czekala, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Action Item be approved and referred to Council. Fire Chief Todd Blaser and Inspection Supervisor Bill Nichols prepared and presented a Powerpoint to explain the intent of this ordinance and how enforcement action will be taken. Moved by Novak, seconded by Czekala, that this Communication be placed on file and referred to Council. Convene in Closed Session A motion was made by Steven Czekala, seconded by Brett Vanderkin, to convene in closed session.. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Czekala, Novak, Vanderkin, McMeans and Bailey Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(f) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. A motion was made by Alder Czekala for a payment plan to be setup. Moved by Czekala, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Request be approved and referred to Council.
