Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Action Item be approved
and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

21-0546 Request to evaluate Stop Signs at the Intersection of South 19th and
Wollmer Street
A motion was made to amend the Manitowoc Municipal Code to change
the direction traffic stops. All traffic on South 19th Street shall stop before
entering Wollmer Street.
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Action Item be approved
and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

21-0728 Sex offender residency board appeal for Hunter Jacquart.
Moved by Boldt, seconded by Reckelberg, that this Request be approved and
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

21-0727 Citizen concern regarding parking on Wildwood Drive between the 3800 -
4100 blk near Lutheran High School.

regulating portable storage units.

to the Plan Commission for their approval.

21-0731 Request for stop sign ahead sign to be placed in the area of Fleetwood
Drive and Kellner Street.
A motion was made to place "Stop Sign Ahead" signs both eastbound and
westbound on Fleetwood Drive at Kellner Street.
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Boldt, that this Action Item be approved and
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 4- Schlei, Vanderkin, Boldt and Reckelberg
21-0732 Request for 4-way stop at the intersection of South 14th Street and
Marshall Street.

A motion was made for "Stop Sign Ahead" signs to be placed southbound
on South 14th Street at Marshall Street and westbound on Marshall Street
at South 14th Street.
It was also noticed this four-way stop was not in the Manitowoc Municipal
Code and should be added.
Moved by Boldt, seconded by Reckelberg, that this Request be approved and
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Those attending the meeting via
Zoom who wish to give public input are asked to keep their microphone muted until
public input is opened to improve audio quality for all attendees. Those using their
phone to call in may hit *6 to mute and unmute themselves.

Those wishing to make public comment in advance of the meeting should email

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
