Maple Grove Arbor Subcommittee regular meeting minutes November 7, 2023 Engineering Conference Room 9 a.m. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by member Marilyn Arnlund at 9:05 a.m. Members Present Marilyn Arnlund, Don Varney Members Absent Sarah Piket Also Present None Approval of Agenda and Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the agenda for Minutes November 7, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the minutes for October 24, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Old Business Review Bullet List of Continued refining ordinance revisions and justifications. In Miscellaneous Update particular reviewed water quality strategies that benefit Suggestions ordinance revisions. Compared these to the city’s comprehensive plan. Also discussed use of standard detail plates to clarify some parts of ordinance changes. New Business None Adjournment Motion Varney, second Arnlund to adjourn the meeting at 1:30 p.m. Vote all ayes.
