Maple Grove Arbor subcommittee regular meeting minutes October 24, 2023 CED Conference Room 9 a.m. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by member Sarah Piket at 9:10 a.m. Members Present Marilyn Arnlund, Don Varney, Sarah Piket Members Absent Also Present None Approval of Agenda and Motion Piket, second Varney to approve the agenda for Minutes October 24, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Motion Piket, second Varney to approve the minutes for October 17, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Old Business Review Bullet List of Members continued walking through miscellaneous Miscellaneous Update information pulled from other cities ordinances to be Suggestions considered for inclusion into the current ordinance. They began vetting ideas related to parking lot design for feasibility using landscape plans from existing developments. The goal is to use real life examples to determine if desired recommendations can be reasonably implemented.
