Maple Grove Arbor subcommittee regular meeting minutes November 21, 2023 Engineering Conference Room 9 a.m. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Arbor subcommittee was called to order by Member Marilyn Arnlund at 9:05 a.m. Members Present Marilyn Arnlund, Don Varney, Sarah Piket Members Absent None Also Present None Approval of Agenda and Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the agenda for Minutes November 21, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the minutes for November 7, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Old Business Review Bullet List of Completed review of bullet list of miscellaneous update Miscellaneous Update suggestions to work into ordinance. Suggestions New Business Presentation to Arbor Discussed possible timing for presentation of recommended Committee planning changes to full Arbor Committee. Timing will depend on effort to clean-up of documents, but January meeting is a possibility. Adjournment Motion Varney, second Piket to adjourn the meeting at 12:30 p.m. Vote all ayes.
