Maple Grove Arbor subcommittee regular meeting minutes December 5, 2023 Engineering Conference Room 9 a.m. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by Member Don Varney at 9:06 a.m. Members Present Marilyn Arnlund, Don Varney, Sarah Piket Members Absent None Also Present None Approval of Agenda and Varney suggested removing review of draft Standard Detail Minutes Plate for tree planting from agenda as draft is not ready. Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the amended agenda for December 5, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the minutes for November 21, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Old Business Review of all recommended Members walked through a “clean” version of a draft ordinance changes and ordinance with recommended changes. They ensured a justifications corresponding justification was properly and clearly documented. Members got through a majority but not all of the justifications. Prepare documents for New Business review with full Committee This item was not addressed as time ran out for the meeting.
