Maple Grove Arbor subcommittee regular meeting minutes January 30, 2024 CED Conference Room 9 a.m. Call to order The regular meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by member Marilyn Arnlund at 9:05 a.m. Members present Marilyn Arnlund, Don Varney, Sarah Piket Members absent None Also present None Approval of agenda and Motion Piket, second Varney to approve the agenda for minutes January 30, 2024. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Approval of minutes Motion Piket, second Varney to approve the minutes for December 19, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Old Business Finalize recommended Members focused on a new, recommended change ordinance changes and regarding large parking lots and required planting islands to justifications break up the expanse. New Business Review draft standard detail Members looked at a draft detail plate but did not have plate for tree planting enough time in the meeting to review in depth.
