Maple Grove Arbor Subcommittee regular meeting minutes December 19, 2023 CED Conference Room 9 a.m. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by member Marilyn Arnlund at 9:03 a.m. Members Present Marilyn Arnlund, Don Varney, Sarah Piket Members Absent None Also Present None Approval of Agenda and Piket suggested adjusting the end time of the meeting to 12 Minutes p.m. due to an unplanned conflict. Piket also suggested adding meeting planning to agenda. Varney suggested removing review draft standard detail plate from the agenda as draft is not ready. Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the amended agenda for December 5, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the minutes for December 5, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Old Business Complete review of all Members completed walk through of “clean” version of a recommended ordinance draft ordinance with recommended changes, ensuring a changes and justifications corresponding justification was properly and clearly documented. New Business Prepare documents for Members decided that only the draft landscape ordinance review with full Committee with recommended changes and the corresponding justification document will be needed for review with full Arbor Committee on January 11. Meeting Planning Members identified Tuesday, January 9 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. as next meeting time. Adjournment Motion Varney, second Piket to adjourn the meeting at 11:58 a.m. Vote all ayes.
