Maple Grove Arbor subcommittee regular meeting minutes April 19, 2024 Engineering Conference Room 10:30 a.m. Call to order The regular meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by member Marilyn Arnlund at 10:30 a.m. Members present Marilyn Arnlund, Don Varney, Sarah Piket Members absent None Also present None Approval of agenda and Motion Varney, second Piket to approve the agenda for April minutes 19, 2024. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Approval of minutes Motion Varney, second Piket to approve the minutes for April 3, 2024. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Old Business None New Business Construct outline of Members discussed what information should be included in presentation for city staff a presentation for city staff and eventually council, regarding and council the subcommittee and their work. Presentation should cover topics such as why the subcommittee was formed, goals of the subcommittee, problems identified across the city and weaknesses of current landscape ordinance, and suggested changes to address problems and weaknesses. Members identified who will work on which slides. Adjournment Motion Varney, second Arnlund to adjourn the meeting at 12:58 p.m. Vote all ayes. Motion carried.
