NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE HOTEL MOTEL TAX ADVISORY COMMITTEE Tuesday, February 14, 2017 – Noon Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Hotel Motel Tax Advisory Committee of the City of Marble Falls, Texas will be held Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at noon in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed: 1. Call to Order. 2. Update and status report from subcommittee members regarding the analysis of the current marketing strategy and program. 3. Presentation by the Friends of Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge regarding the submitted HOT Reimbursement Grant Application and request for funding for the Annual Songbird Festival. 4. Presentation by the City of Marble Falls Parks and Recreation Department and the request for funding for improvements at Lakeside Pavilion. 5. Discussion and Action on recommendations for funding from the FY16/17 Hotel Occupancy Tax Budget. 6. Adjournment.
