NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE HOTEL MOTEL TAX ADVISORY COMMITTEE Tuesday, June 13, 2017 – Noon Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Hotel Motel Tax Advisory Committee of the City of Marble Falls, Texas will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at noon in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be discussed: 1. Call to Order. 2. Update on the Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund and Budget. Margie Cardenas, Finance Director 3. Update on wayfinding. Robert Moss, Parks and Recreation Director 4. Discussion and Action on an application from Bass Champs for funding from the FY 16/17 Hotel Occupancy Tax Budget. Committee 5. Presentations from organizations who have submitted applications for request for funding from the FY 2017/20-18 Hotel Occupancy Tax Budget. 6. Discussion and Action on recommendations for applicant funding for FY 17/18. Committee 7. Adjournment.
