Roll Call Present: 5- Councilor Babrowski, Councilor Blonna, Vice-Chair Grifoni, Councilor Irwin and Councilor Rola Not Present: 2- Councilor Folley and Chair Brechnitz [Note: Councilor Folley arrived at 1:21 P.M. and Chair Brechnitz arrived at 1:28 P.M.] Also Present Michael McNees, City Manager Casey Lucius, Assistant City Manager Mike Sheffield, City Clerk Alan L. Gabriel, City Attorney Chris Byrne, Fire Chief Guillermo Polanco, Finance Director Daniel J. Smith, Community Affairs Director Jose Duran, Information Technology Director Miguel Carballo, Fleet & Facilities Manager Martin Luna, Video/Broadcast Technician Jim Kornas, Recording Specialist 3. Business - Budget Policies and Assumptions ID 22-2245 City of Marco Island Budget Priorities-Budget Guidance & Assumptions City Finance Director Guillermo Polanco led the Council through a review of the assumptions and policies proposed for the City's Fiscal Year 2023 Operating and Capital Budget setting process. With the assistance of City Manager Mike McNees, Director Polanco addressed questions of clarification requested by members of the Council, and he provided insight on recent, past Council decisions and changes that will impact the 2023 fiscal year budget. 4. Public Comment No members of the public came forward to offer comment. 5.
